Shipping
Tracking your parcel: Synthesis ships with either couriers or Australia Post Track and Trace, ensuring your parcel can be tracked safely to the delivery address that you have submitted on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect. While we only use reputable delivery companies we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
Delivery Time:
Australia: Orders are usually shipped within 5 days of being received*. Once dispatched, standard orders take 2-5 business days to deliver (Please allow 1-2 extra days for rural delivery and delivery to WA.)
New Zealand: Orders are usually shipped within 5 days of being received*. Once dispatched, standard orders take 4-7 business days to deliver.
For all other countries: Orders are usually shipped within 5 days of being received*. Once dispatched, standard orders take 7-14 business days to deliver not taking into account any possible delays in customs which are out of our control.
*Special order items and 20L bulk product orders will be dispatched within 15 business days. If there is a delay in the supply of any of the products you have ordered, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If the goods cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay so you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.

To return a product, please complete and submit the Product Return Form and we'll be in touch.
We need to receive the Return Form before processing your refund or replacement. Our returns policy lasts for 30 days after purchase, however, we may still grant a refund or exchange in certain situations beyond 30 days.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you made your purchase from a retail stockist, you will need to return it to that stockist – and their store policies apply in terms of refund or replacement.
Sale items: (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Damaged goods: Please take a photo of the damaged parcel and goods and send this to us by email to support@synthesisorganics.com within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel to enable us to claim postal insurance and replace your damaged goods.
For any supply errors or damaged goods, please notify Synthesis within 24 hours of receipt of goods by email at support@synthesisorganics.com. Photos of damaged goods/boxes must be included for insurance purposes. Synthesis will use reasonable efforts to process all returns within 21 days of receipt.
